SWOT Analysis Of Women Over Men
SWOT analysis is an acronym which simply means the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats to a person, an organization or an Entity.
Below are what I understand as SWOT analysis of Women over Men
STRENGTH:
1. Femininity: (according to Wikipedia- also called girlishness, womanliness or womanhood) is a set of attributes, behaviors, and roles generally associated with girls and women. Femininity is socially constructed, but made up of both socially-defined and biologically-created factors.This makes it distinct from the definition of the biological female sex, as both males and females can exhibit feminine traits (A man can also be feminine). People who exhibit a combination of both masculine and feminine characteristics are considered androgynous, ( This is a plus for a woman who possesses male traits). This ability seriously gave they(women) unlimited power over men, (but sadly do they know) According to Wikipedia, Modern conceptualizations of femininity also rely not just upon social constructions, but upon the individualized choices made by women. The ability of women to exhibit double traits (Male & Female) gives them immense power. Little wonder one finds them in positions of Leadership (in this post, they can be so mean)
2. Traits traditionally cited as feminine include gentleness, empathy, and sensitivity, though traits associated with femininity vary depending on location and context, and are influenced by a variety of social and cultural factors. These traits give them much control over men (Married men can testify to this).
2. Their so called physical weakness becomes their most dangerous weapon that gives them enormous strength to control those who sees themselves as next to God. (Though many female folks don't understand how this works).
3. Females need protection since they are termed as weak vessels ( personally I disagree) so the means for them to use men who readily feels proud for being a lady's man.
4. Some Traditions, culture, believes (common sense) require men, even if he is the head in the society to honour, nuture and respect women. (especially with gender equality being the lyrics of the day. (Women are becoming more powerful).
5. Ability to reason and act with less haste. (Men have got foresight, but lack insight sometimes). But the female folks have good insight. The ability to find short term solutions, quick fix. That is why men will take a problem home and probably come back in the morning with a solution. (wifely insight).
WEAKNESS:
1. Emotions: Women are just too emotional and that has being one of their weaknesses. They don't have the fort to keep and checkmate their feelings like men. They easily breakdown when too much pressured.
2. Women can seldom separate their desires from their wants. Thats why Their lives are always so packed up with stuffs and immensely intertwined to the point of no return.
3. Paying attention to all details ( I know some will say its a blessing paying attention to details, well am happy to tell you many men would appreciate you turning black eye some times). Like, not minding if a guy forgets to say "Happy Anniversary". (Women won't forgive such mental aberration)
4. Women quickly forget easily a crime man committed against them but guy just pray they don't remember because forgetting doesn't equate forgiveness. Thats why some women react in some ways they can't even explain. Psychoanalysts made us to understand the effect of the unconscious mind.
5. They believes in colours and also expect men to be equally so. Whereas, men can only understand two colours perfectly, black and white. (LOL)

OPPORTUNITY:
1. Women are divinely designed to be treated with care and respect. Their physical make up, body texture and the way they move with grace gives them much power over men. Men are just rigid.
2. Women have been proven to live longer than men (contestable)
3. Women can easily manipulate their way to any position of leadership. (Prove me wrong) Although their some who pays the price just as men.
THREAT:
1. To some men, women are the major problem of this world..just like that popular singer, Bob Marley sings... "No Woman no cry..." ( bitter experience I guess)
2. All women are just naturally endowed just like just like they were meant to be a distraction. So many men can't take off their eyes on a good thing..(lol). This, many times makes men do crazy things they rather not do.
3. Nowadays, women don't only compete with men in politics and leadership in the society as they have proven to be capable negating the primitive school of thought that women are home relegates, they now compete with men in taking relationship responsibilities. This is a threat to the existence of men. (don't ask me why because I don't know)
